Can you personalise a theme?
Yes. Use a theme as your starting point and share the colours, names, age or celebration details you want included. We’ll confirm which props, flowers and finishes suit your space.
Do you decorate homes as well as hotels and resorts?
We plan decoration for homes, halls, hotel banquets, gardens and shop entrances. Tell us about access, the available space and any rules from your venue so the setup can be planned around them.
Where do you provide decoration?
We serve Siliguri and surrounding North Bengal areas, including Jalpaiguri, Matigara, Kalimpong, Darjeeling and Kurseong. Share your exact location so we can discuss travel and setup arrangements.
Can you style Bengali, Hindu or Nepali wedding celebrations?

Do you offer helium balloons and artificial flowers?
Yes. Explore floating ceiling balloons, weighted bouquets, foil shapes and ribbon details, or artificial floral gates, arches and stages. We’ll confirm your preferred materials, the available options and any balloon float-time requirements.
Are all the pictures completed client events?
No. Images marked AI-generated inspiration are decoration concepts, including scenes with fictional people. They help explain a look; they are not photographs of a completed client event or a promised setup at a named hotel.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. An enquiry starts the conversation. Your date, quote, scope, payment terms, installation arrangements and any changes must be agreed with The Theme Story before a booking is confirmed.
